Join us for a hands-on pasta-making experience, where you'll craft six unique types of pasta from scratch, each with its own distinct shape and flavor profile. Under the guidance of a skilled chef, you'll learn the techniques for shaping and preparing:

Tortelloni – with a rich Del Plin Porchetta filling
Pappardelle – broad, hearty ribbons, perfect for robust sauces
Busiate – spiral-shaped pasta, traditionally paired with pesto
Farfalle – delightful bow-tie shapes, ideal for marinara
Penne – versatile tubular pasta, great for baked dishes and tomato-based sauces
Gnocchi – delicate, pillowy potato dumplings, especially delicious with brown butter and sage

In addition to pasta-making, you'll explore our sauce bar, where you'll pair your creations with a variety of homemade sauces. Some sauces will be pre-made, while others will be demonstrated in class, allowing you to experience the full range of flavors and versatility of Italian sauces like Pesto, Cacio e Pepe, and more.

Whether you're a beginner or seasoned home cook, this class is a fun and immersive way to deepen your culinary skills and discover the art of pasta from the ground up. You'll leave with expert tips and the knowledge to recreate Italy's finest flavors in your own kitchen.

Rescheduling more than 48 hours before the class start time is free, subject to availability.

Rescheduling within 48 hours of the class requires a $35 fee per guest.

Use the “Reschedule your class” button in your confirmation email to view real-time availability and complete your reschedule.

Cancelation with a full refund is possible only over 48 hours before the class start time. Please contact support@selfup.com for cancelation for refund requests.

Additional Notes:

Maximum number of reschedules for private bookings is limited to 2.

Cancellation requests must be made in writing at support@selfup.com. Rescheduling should be completed using the “Reschedule your class” button in your confirmation email.

All events which have been rescheduled are no longer eligible for a cancellation. All events to which the guests are 25 minutes late or more will be considering a no show and the ticket cost will be forfeited by the client.

There will be no exceptions to these rules.

If we cancel a class for any reason, we will provide a list of similar times for rescheduling. If this does not suit the guest's needs, Selfup will provide a full refund. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a class due to unforeseen circumstances such as inclement weather, instructor illness, or low enrollment.

If a participant is unable to attend a class, they may transfer their registration to another person.
